What an absolute treat to stay at this lovely hotel! Everything was so wonderful from the location, the room, the breakfast and the exceptional owners and staff. I wished our stay was longer and it was so hard to leave. Spetses is a beautiful island full of flowers and very good restaurants, bars and shops. A boat trip around the island is a MUST as some of the inaccessible beaches are so beautiful. This feels like an unspoiled and authentically Greek island with so much charm.

Villa Margarita enjoys a central location in Spetses, near the Spetses Museum Chatzigianni Mexi and 500 metres away from the central beach Agios Mamas.

Our room was perfect and because we had stayed at this hotel previously, we made a special request for a specific room, which was honored. The hotel has gotten better every time we stayed. The updates to the pool area are beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I like that this hotel is farther away from the town center so it is quiet and private, but still close enough to get to the beach within a few minutes ride on a moped or maybe a 10 minute walk on foot. Don't be discouraged by the walk as the scenery is beautiful.

Exceptional place. They offered transportation to and from the port free of charge. Everything was perfect.

Built according to the architecture of cosmopolitan Spetses, Nissia Traditional Residences Spetses is right on the seafront, 500 metres from Dapia Port. It offers a sea-view restaurant and pool.

Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated). Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt! I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses. Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.
