Despite the situation (blackout caused by the storm), we were able to check in without any issues. The place was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is amazing, with a view on the sea (perfect for watching the sunset!)

Great location in the middle of the tourist area. The receptionist was friendly. I had originally booked a tour to the "3 Marvels" (Les 3 Merveilles) with Porto Aventure (which is affiliated with the hotel), but they weren't operating that day so the receptionist put me on a boat with a different company at no extra cost to me. It was off-season (late April), and I got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. In the upgraded room, there was a nice view of the tower and the sea, and the toilet was spacious.

Everything is designed with love for the details, Livia was very kind and self Check-in was totally uncomplicated. We loved the infinity pool! Extra bonus: The flat even has its own diswasher and washing machine.
