Pretty much everything. It is a perfect spot, quiet, very green with parrots flying over your heads ;) The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The beds comfort is excellent. The Maspalomas beach is 5 mins walk away as is the town of Meloneras with all the shops and restaurants that offer wide variety of good quality food. Not to mention a nice host and kind staff :)
