Amazing place, really comfortable for families with kids. The apartment was clean and had all we needed for our stay. The host was kind and helpful. The complex is maintained exceptionally well - the common areas are clean and neat, the pool, the playground, the gym, the grass - everything is impeccable. It's located near the town center but at a quite spot without heavy traffic. The closest beach is small but well-maintained and we had a great time there as well. We will definitely visit again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und äußerst sauber, das Personal stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kommt mit Englisch perfekt aus, sind sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht und es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Gebäude.

The hotel has a great location, near by the city of Sozopol (5 to 10min by drive and about 12 lv whit a taxi). It is also 5 min by walk to the beach where you have the option for public beach(were you have to bring your oen umbrella and towels) or a privet beach there an umbrella and sunbeds are provided for the proce of 24 leva (2 sunbeds and umbrella for all day long). No towels provided. Reception team are extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with calling a cap, when we need an iron or for any lost and found items. I booked for the full board ( all inclusive) package. The food is delicious and many options, evey day you have different options. The food is mainly traditional Bulgarian cuisine, which i really like. You can always find vegetarian options, also vhick3n, beef and pork. They also have an international option (not that many). The supoort staff in the buffet are also nice and friendly and always there when you need anything. Than there is an lovely bar by pool whit amazing boho-beac atmosphere and cozy cabans. Bartenders are lovely and helpful, they also provide a complimentary bites at the bar. There is pool for kids, not deep and not small. The pool for adults its really muddy, and looks so dirty , i have asked the team how often is being cleaned, whitch they responded "twice a day". Rooms are also clean and with lovely furnishing. There is no waredeop, but very nice industrial style stand in the living room with hangers and shelfs. As i read in some previous reviews there is no cleaning in the rooms, fornthe 4 days we have stayed nonone came to clean or refill the bathroom whit needed items. However as we are clean people, and there is a brush at the entrance of each building we managed to keep our room clean and tight true the saty. *But still i belive will be nice if someone is passing by to broom and mop once every 2 days. The rooms have balcony which is extremely tight because the body of the AC is set there.

It is overall a wonderful holiday location because: FACILITIES: - The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and it is fully equipped. - Apart from the normal things (the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped), you will find everything else you need: phone charger, grill, children's toys, beach toys, ice cubes ready etc. - the AC inside the studio is great, efficient but very mild. - The owner is extremely friendly and determined to solve any request you have and the studio is pet friendly. LOCATION: The studio is located inside a very big complex, Santa Marina. It is a holiday village containing a very big number of private villas, various pools, various restaurants, a bakery, 2 beaches, 2 small supermarkets, 2 receptions. - There are bell boys with golf carts ready to help with the luggage when you arrive/leave and the atmosphere is very nice inside the complex. Lots of trees, very peaceful, everything is very safe. - The prices at the restaurants inside the complex are higher, but you get a 10% discount based on a card the owner of the studio gives you. BEACHES AND PARKING: - there are 2 beaches right next to the complex, but they are not the greatest and are kind of expensive for what they offer. There is a 3rd beach (Goldfish Beach) that is 10 min away from the studio by foot, it's bigger, much more alive and much nicer - you can see it from the terrace of the studio. - there are various parking options, all outside the complex: 2 spaces next to the fence of the complex, that are public and free; 1 paid parking with more than 50 places right in front of Viva Mare reception (Viva Mare is a hotel which apparently has various villas in the complex). The cost is 12 lv/24h or 2 lv/h and it is totally safe. PROXIMITY: - Sozopol (Old Town) is max 4 min away by car or 20-25 min away by foot - the road is on the coast. On the way there you will also find a Billa supermarket.

Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt und neuwertig, mit einem außergewöhnlich schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Die Terrasse war sehr geräumig und ein Highlight! Der Strand war sehr nah und gut Zufluss zu erreichen. Die Altstadt von Sozopol konnten wir gut mit dem Buss (ca. 5 Minuten Fahrt) erreichen. Wir werde wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Aparthotel, neu, familiär geführt. Optimale Lage, ruhig, guter Strand in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Supermärkte, Gastronomie. Klasse offenes Schwimmbad, auch für anspruchsvolles Schwimmen geeignet, schöne Grünanlage. Bar an der Lobby, guter Kaffee, Mittagessen würde frisch zubereitet und konnte bei Wunsch bestellt werden. Zimmer gross, Betten gut, Küche voll ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt gerne verlängert. Beste Empfehlung.
