This hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from both Rafic Hariri International Airport and Beirut city centre. It offers an outdoor pool with sun terrace and rooms with partial sea view. There was a mistake in the room type it was not the same one i made the reservation They gave us a free room upgrade and a complimentary cake as an apology. Located in Beirut, the 5-star Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort offers a labyrinth of pools, including the legendary Summerland "Cascade Waterfall" and an indoor pool. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. In particular Sarah (fantastic lady in red), Youssef, Nora, all the breakfast staff and the two maintenance guys who came to fix our light. Excellent facilities. Great location. Shame that things were obviously paired back for winter.
