To put this into perspective I've been watching wildlife documentaries and survival programmes since I was a kid, with a dream of being in the Masai Mara on safari. I've had this dream for nearly 40 years. When the reality of the trip bypasses the massive expectations I've had all that time is the tribute I have for this camp. We planned this trip just a month ago and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Mr. Jeyakumar, Mr. Munees and Arun took care of every detail, from airport transfers to safari arrangements, ensuring that we had a stress-free vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality at the camp was exceptional. Arun made us feel right at home with his warm and genuine welcome. The organization of the camp was flawless, providing us with delicious meals, a safe environment, and a top-notch safari vehicle for our daily adventures. Speaking of meals, the culinary offerings at the resort were outstanding. They catered to our specific dietary needs and every dish was a delightful fusion of local and international flavors. If you're Indian, you'll definitely love the Masala Dosa, Phulka, and Butter Chicken - they were absolutely delicious! But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the safari experience. As an amateur wildlife photographer, I was thrilled with the expertise of our guides, Benson and Simat. They not only ensured our safety but also provided us with valuable insights and thrilling encounters with the wildlife. They understood the needs of a photographer and positioned the safari vehicle perfectly to capture those breathtaking moments. They even went the extra mile by providing a bed in the vehicle for my comfort, as I was experiencing back pain from all the photography. Overall, our stay at the Lorian was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the incredible safari experience made it a trip of a lifetime. We can't wait to visit again!

Διαθέτει πισίνα και κατάστημα με σουβενίρ. everything it’s absolutely beautiful, the hotel , location, staff are amazing, super friendly and nothing is a bother. we arrived late day one (our own fault) and on leaving they had a packed lunch ready for us to take as they said we had missed one of our lunches! if your looking for a authentic stay inside the Masai Mara park with the most fantastic setting wrapped around you then 100% recommend the Ashnil. we were a family of 5 - all adults and everyone adored it. lovely big swimming pool with sun lounge area ..

We were amazed by this extraordinary experience. We were welcomed with open arms by Naomi and Philiph, while the owner Magdy was still on a business trip. The check-in went smoothly and Naomi and Philiph were extremely hospitable and catering to our needs. It was emphasised that they wanted us to feel as comfortable as possible. The food prepared by Naomi was exquisite. We had dinner every evening of our stay and it was always fresh, plenty, varied, ... simply everything we needed. We are vegetarian and vegan, and this was also no problem at all. The breakfast was also lovely and easy to take away on a game drive. Magdy was extremely helpful in booking a game drive with the best driver imaginable. He also helped us find a driver to bring us to our next location (Amboseli, which was quite far). This drive was very reasonably priced and we felt very safe and comfortable with the driver Magdy arranged for us. Philiph also took us on a small promenade to see hippos nearby and this was also a very nice experience. In conclusion, this was by far our favourite place to stay in our two weeks itinerary in Kenya. We felt at home because of the wonderful people we met and we would love to visit again. This place as well as the people we met here have a special place in our heart. We wish them all the best and invite everyone to meet them as well! We hope to come back!
