Nice appartment, city centre can be reached on foot. Parking in the yard, we didn't use it because we came on Sunday when parking in the street was free of charge. We didn't meet the host, but the communication was OK (Booking messages and Whats App). Large enough rooms, nice and very clean, comfortable beds. There is the elevator in the building.

The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. There were some snacks in the kitchen (toast, jam, and cookies) and that was super appreciated. The place was very clean and the room was great. I had to work a little and there was a desk in the room and the internet was very good. It is about a 25-30 min walk away from the bus stop or the historic center, but I did not mind the walk. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Reviews are terrible so I was expecting some hell, but the place was actually not bad at all, and also it was the cheapest accomodation in Parma so it exceeded my expectations. If you are the Hostel person you gonna love it here. The woman at the reception was nice and helpful.
