The team were all amazing hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They accommodated an early check in for us and gave us a thorough orientation when we arrived. Beautiful large bedrooms, each one unique and also awesome breakfast views upstairs looking out at the penguins. The decor of the entire place is very tasteful and fits perfectly for a beachside getaway.

accommodation in a beautiful location, a short walk from the beach. Perfectly equipped accommodation (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge). All clean. Beds in good condition, mattresses are ok. Perfect agreement with the owner. I recommend this accommodation to everyone. Both for the whole family and for a group of people.

Location is on the wild side of Simonstown, ten minutes from the turnoff to Cape Point Reserve. The children loved the delightful little beach practically across the road. Millers Point Tidal Pool 6 minutes down the road is amazing. The house is very spacious (for 10 people) with enough bathrooms. The shallow pool was great for smaller children. The TV and video (in separate lounges) worked fine. Having a gas/electric stove meant that we could survive loadshedding. Two fridges, one in the double garage and one in the kitchen were so useful. We could also park two extra cars at the entrance to the garage. We had excellent communication with Matthew, the agent, and he was a great help.

Very spacious, open plan living with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the bay in a peaceful location. Huge wrap around balcony on two levels and light and airy interior. Washing machine was very useful after a week in Kgalagadi. Very well equipped with large fridge and separate large freezer. Owners were away so we were entirely alone but Alana provided help via WhatsApp promptly and even sent videos of how to reach the house, how to use the key box and how to use the jacuzzi. Would return in an instant; highly recommended.

Location was perfect especially because we have two small children and it was walking distance or short drive to some safe, spectacular beaches: Sea Forth and Boulders. The property itself is amazing.
