A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Great facilities, especially the pool and the wonderful terrace. I also have to highlight the communication with the owner, who arranged the rafting trip for us and asked all the time if everything was okay. We were all very satisfied.

The views from the balconies and poolside are simply incredible. Lokva Rogoznica is a small village 10 minutes from Omiš and our favourite part of the Dalmatian coastline by far. The Villa itself is stunning and equipped with everything we needed across three levels as a family of 10. Our host Karlo and his family made us feel so welcome and provided us with local knowledge and some of the best meals we had in Croatia at their family run restaurant the Berekin.

Offering a bar and pool view, Dalmatian stone villa with pool is situated in Lokva Rogoznica, 37 km from Salona Archeological Park and 37 km from Mladezi Park Stadium.

This is a perfect location for people looking for absolute peace and quiet. The house provides a stunning view of the sea and surrounding mountains, and is far from any other buildings, so no one will bother you. You can just sit at the pool and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge), and there is a separate outside grilling area with a dedicated table. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, and there is a third separate bedroom with it's own entrance and bathroom. Nearest restaurant is a walking distance, and stores in Omis are 10 min away by car.

The owner was flexible with our checkin and was very helpful. The house has beautiful views, is spatious with a good layout and is spotless.

    Villa is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Communication with the host is very good. The owner is very hospitable, he cooked us nice traditional dinner. Beach is about 10 mins walk, as well as smaller grocery store.
