Set in Alanya, Aria Riva Hotel offers accommodation with a balcony and kitchen. All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The apart-hotel is located in the city center around 50 meters from the main beach. Breakfast was great and at a very reasonable price with a good assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Overall the hotel offers great value for money. The apartment is cleaned every day and the kitchen facilities are very good.

The territory is huge!! There are 5 big pools outside and one indoor pool. The territory is all pine forest. The food is served 24/7. There is a decent club for children.

I recently stayed in the apartment at the Luxury Resort with a private beach, and it exceeded my expectations. The amenities provided, coupled with the sleek Armani aesthetic, created a luxurious ambiance. The staff's professionalism and responsiveness further enhanced the overall quality of my stay. I highly recommend this stay for a truly indulgent getaway.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and liked it very much. It's well-equipped and cosy. We used the outdoor pool and the tennis court almost every day. Supermarkets, a bus stop and a beach are all in close proximity. We'd love to come back next year.

Apartment is fabulous, very clean and modern. Great view of the pool from the balcony. Apartment had everything we could possibly want. Semir was very responsive throughout our booking and stay which made us feel very relaxed! Check in and check out was very straight forward zero stress! Next time we visit Mahmutlar I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thanks Semir for everything.
