Hotel in an excellent location in the old city, walking distance to the lake. The hotel is renovated, opened a few months ago. Everything is nice clean and polished. The room was amazing. Breakfast in the dining room on the 9th floor with a rich buffet, when you can order free special dishes (e.g. Benedict meal). The hotel manager took care of us personally, the reception staff took care of us the whole time. excellent service!

Located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, you can get anywhere in the shortest possible time. There are many local food stores around and you can try all the authentic Vietnamese food. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was always there to assist me in my travels. I will stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well orginised hotel. It is right ik the Old Quarter of HaNoi. I used all their offerts for the trips and they were fantastic. They provide me the safe driver for the airport and all was ok. The breakfast every morning was delicious.
