This place was fantastic! We visited the hotel twice while traveling through northern Vietnam, and each time was exceptional. The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a vast array of hot meals, pastries, fruits, and juices, all incredibly delicious and fresh.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.

Veldig hyggelig personale. Utrolig grei mann som jobbet der som laget oss pannekaker før vi dro til flyplassen på kvelden, ettersom vi ikke rakk frokost dagen etter 🫶🏻 god beliggenhet i old quarter, og behjelpelige med transport osv.

Vi ble oppgradert til president suiten da vi ankom! Veldig imøtekommende personale, som ordnet med alt av transport og aktiviteter. Hotellet lå i gangavstand til alle nærliggende fasiliteter.

Very clean and well orginised hotel. It is right ik the Old Quarter of HaNoi. I used all their offerts for the trips and they were fantastic. They provide me the safe driver for the airport and all was ok. The breakfast every morning was delicious.
