The staff were v helpful. We have been to Hanoi a couple of times and we definitely stay at the Salute again. Room was a good size for Hanoi and a good price as we didn't require a window.

Very clean and well orginised hotel. It is right ik the Old Quarter of HaNoi. I used all their offerts for the trips and they were fantastic. They provide me the safe driver for the airport and all was ok. The breakfast every morning was delicious.
