The massage at Conrad Spa was one of the best I've ever had (my family and I had the Relaxer) and I came out of it so well-rested and refreshed. The bathroom was clean and the provided toiletries smelled nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient to shoppers like us!

I will recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a real relaxation away from home. The property is just 3 minutes walk to the magnificent Mall of Asia. Buffet breakfast is filling with a nice international selection. Check in and out is efficient. Also booked a massage and their spa is world class! There is a quiet relaxation corner in the spa filled with lazyboy couches that is free for hotel guests to use. I enjoyed winding down their with the selection of free teas.

Rooms were spotless. Daily housekeeping. We especially liked the wellness area, where the onsen, steam and sauna rooms are. Gym was never crowded, and so was the pool. Excellent spa area, paired with excellent massage (albeit quite pricey at PhP 1600 for 60 minutes). And all staff were warm and accommodating. Security personnel always greet you with their right hand on their chest.
