We stayed for 10 night at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were wonderful, specially Bidisha, who was beyond excellent, very responsive to all our needs; Hrishav always greeted us with a smile and enquired as to any needs, everyone was very kind. We used In room dining for 2 breakfasts, and a few other meals, all excellent, special mention to the Thai curry and the club sandwiches (yummm); Housekeeping was immaculate and coming back to a beautifully made up room every evening was a great pleasure; the Tess restaurant had a delicious menu which we used several times for lunch, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The Location of the hotel was very convenient for the purpose we were there in Kolkata, though the access road is narrow and crowded, but once you enter through the gates, one is transported to a lovely, modern, and elegant oasis of calm. Congratulations to the Hyatt Centric staff for making our stay truly comfortable and a home away from home.

Buffet breakfast was of good quality with plentiful choice of Indian and continental options. Location was central and convenient. Impressive decor throughout. Friendly and efficient staff. Quick, efficient and excellent value laundry service.

Exceptional service all through right from checking to checkout. Particular mention of Mr. Debasish Chatterjee at Dum Pakt dinner. He explained all my questions and had good knowledge on the food. Went out of his way with food suggestions which was helpful. Will remember his exceptional service!

Very good Breakfast with a variety of choices. Service and the staff from the gate watchman to the receptionists to the waiters and housekeeping were very good and professional. The Chinese restaurant was also excellent.
