The restaurant was fantastic with great menu choices and again the staff were there to assist in every way, they were amazing! Everything about this resort was above and beyond. Everything was amazing! It might be a bit expensive comparing to other hostels but it’s worth it. I believe it’s the best hostel in Ubud (or even in Bali I guess) that you can stay. Loved it!

Everything here was perfect, in fact it became one of the highlights of our Bali trip. The staff is amazingly friendly and young, the facilities, the room, and the food as well as its presentation is great. We stayed in a pool access suite, which was very spacious, and came along with afternoon tea, where they serve authentic Balinese Cakes. We liked the food so much that we ended up ordering in the room a few times. They also provide drop service to the city center which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this for any romantic or family vacation.

Everything was great! Clean, modern, comfortable and very well located. The room was huge, quiet and with a very comfortable balcony. It’s a wonderful place to be pampered and feel comfortable and rested. room was really well organized in the middle of the jungle.. staff are very respectful and friendly… thanks for everything you have done for us.. I was sick they offered me a massage and felt much better afterwards and even they haven’t charged me. I highly recommend everyone to stay there.. felt like my second home ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were incredible - the restaurant staff, the front desk staff and the drivers who drove us round the Ubud area were also so friendly, so kind and so engaging and thoughtful. The breakfasts were bar none the best in the world - a buffet of fruit and veggies and cheese and pastries and then you order the "entree" from the menu that they bring to your table - i had the eggs benedict almost every morning since i could not get over how wonderful it was. The communal pool is a bit of a walk down the mountain which is wonderful if you are young and in good shape - I was with my elderly mother so we stayed in the room that has a backdoor that opens onto a semi private book (i think they are called classic rooms)... these rooms are up by the top of the hotel (the hotel is one of the oldest in Ubud and beckons to old Bali and is truly wonderful and magical) as the hotel sits on a side of a gorge and goes from the top to about half way down the hillside. So if you are not wanting to walk up and down stairs make sure you reserve rooms on the top and I highly recommend the classic suite.

It was clean and well maintained. Even the pool was cleaned daily which wasn’t something common in other villas I’ve stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to offer suggestions/recommendations for activities and food places. It’s nicely situated just outside of the Ubud centre - so we still had the sense of staying away from the busyness but still only a 5 min bike ride.
