Staying here was one of my favorite experiences on the trip. I enjoyed the morning prayer and the cemetery near by. The food suprised and delighted.

The private dining in a traditional Japanese setting was exquisite, and the onsen was a relaxing highlight. Participating in the morning prayer provided a unique spiritual connection. The monks' parting gift added a personal touch to our departure. If you seek a remarkable and culturally rich stay in Koyasan, I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful temple. The experience was amazing. The location is very good, close to the cemetery and not far from the other temples. The dinner and breakfast were very good. It was very nice to see the ceremonies in the morning. Nice onsen to relax.

清浄心院 ligger i Koyasan, 39 km från Tama Museum, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Absolutely incredible experience that I highly recommend. The monks were so accommodating despite this not being a hotel, but rather an active temple. They speak English very well. The rooms are so beautiful, as is the temple. the bathrooms are modern and the bathing area is lovely. Do keep in mind the baths are only open at night from 4-9pm! you cannot use them in the morning. I saw a review saying that the heating wasn't adequate but that was not the case when I went. they had normal room heaters that kept the room nice and warm despite the rest of the temple being cold (it's February) so bring warm clothing for sure! I unfortunately missed the fire festival because I didn't know about it before checkin (pm) and I left before the afternoon the next day. the ceremony is at 1pm daily. I'll be sure to go next time. They offer you dinner and breakfast in private rooms and it was so delicious and so filling. Especially because it's all vegetarian I was so happy.

The room si beautiful old Japanese style room, bed was very comfortable, amenities are generous and various. The location is perfect, near to accommodation in the center of the famous gion district. Hosts are very kind and fully available. We spent a wonderful stay.

Shirahama no Yado Daigo ligger i Shirahama, knappt 200 meter från Shirahama Beach och 1,2 km från Ezura Beach. Här erbjuds gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. This place has a 9.1 rating and most reviews seem too good to be true but trust me on this, this place is THAT good. And I would rate this hotel a 100 out of 10 if I can, the high rating is truly deserved. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the futon is comfortable. The location is great, there are many food places nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walk away (you can even see it from your room depending on where you are placed), and the bus stop which will take you to the station or most places around Shirahama is very near.
