The service was outstanding. Your staff member Ms K, Miyato, Mr S, Shimbo and Ms H, Jeong was exceptionally helpful when we had to quickly organise to deliver our many pieces of luggage to our next destination. We are thankful for their professionalism and service allowing us to experience true Japanese hospitality.

We stayed there for two nights and it was a very satisfying and pleasant experience. All aspects, including the staff, the room facilities, the breakfasts and dinners, the environment and the location, are all excellent! It will be a good choice if you want to experience the vibe and services of a traditional Japanese onsen hotel when visiting Hokkaido!

Exceptional service and hospitality from staff. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful. We loved the private bath to enjoy as a family. The room was immaculate and the view amazing. 10 out of 10!

Mimatsuso Ryokan terletak 5 minit pemanduan menaiki perkhidmatan shuttle percuma dari Stesen Kereta Api JR Asahikawa. Ia menawarkan tempat penginapan gaya Jepun dengan harga yang berpatutan. The host was super nice, drove us to the station in the morning which was really helpful since it was raining. The bath was great after a long day and there was even a great festival going on right next to the acommodation.

The socializing room with free drinks and free snacks is very nice. The Onsen is also much appreciated. There was even an easy to use printer to allow me to easily handle some business.
