Located just a 2-minute walk from the Medina in Fès, this air-conditioned riad features a rooftop terrace. It offers guest rooms with a traditional Moroccan décor and free Wi-Fi access. The riad is well located near the blue gate and great restaurants / shops / ATMs. Staff (Hinde and Ahmed) is very attentive and helpful, Ahmed helped us pack breakfasts as we needed to check out in early morning. Marrakesh room is great for family.

Dar Bensouda ligger i hjertet av medinaen i Fes, 15 minutters gange fra Batha-plassen, og har 2 gårdsrom, basseng og rom med eget bad. The property is amazing. The rooms, the terrace, the pool, the chilling areas, everything is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you. If you get there by cab, they send someone to help you out with your luggage on hour way to the Riad. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you have several options to choose from. I would definitely choose this riad again if I return to Fez.

Boasting a terrace with inner courtyard views, a rooftop pool and a garden, Riad Semlalia can be found in Fès, close to Batha Square and 2.6 km from Royal Palace Fes. This was an authentic Riad which made us feel living like locals in Morocco. The services was excellent and Abdou (the manager) was super helpful with everything. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to experience living the Moroccan way in the stunning Riad.

Set 3.4 km from Royal Palace Fes, Riad Diamant De Fes offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Great place to stay. Cosy place with nice atmosphere. The staff was super helpful in organising tours for us around Fes and to Blue City. The breakfast was excellent! If you are arriving late at night would be best to inform the staff so someone can wait for you where the taxi will drop you. The narrow streets could be chalanging to navigate at night even using google maps. All in all, very happy with the stay. Definitely recommended.

Set 2.8 km from Royal Palace Fes, Riad Fes Colors & Spa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. With city views, this accommodation offers a patio. The riad features family rooms. Both the rooms and the hosts were exceptional. The rooms were decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The Riad is also situated in a good location. The service was exceptional, with a lovely breakfast, food delivery possibilities, good massage possibilities and very kind hosts who helped us during our stay in Fes.

Well set in the Fes El Bali district of Fès, Riad dar Kirami is located 4.3 km from Royal Palace Fes, 500 metres from Karaouiyne and less than 1 km from Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. Well decorated! And the terrace was really good!

Offering a shared lounge and inner courtyard view, Riad Moulaydriss et Giacomo is located in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes and 200 metres from Batha Square. The location is great. You can quickly grab a taxi (less than 2 minutes) and you can quickly be in the center of the Medina. The famous Blue Gate and Bou Inania Medersa are also very close. The space is beautifully restored. The central patio is beautiful and so are the rooms and the rooftop. The staff is amazing, always attentive and helpful. The food is delicious, Batoul and her team know how to cook. Their food (especially dinner) is probably, hands down, in the top three of all we had in all of Morocco.
