We booked a tour through them and had a very good time being guided around the river and local area by the kind staff member Wilson. We ended up eating at the lodge every night and really enjoyed the food.

As they like to say when I am arriving in the hotel, "welcome home"! Indeed, this is true: in Victoria hotel, you feel like at home, in a lovely place. During my last visit, I was upgraded in a suite. Simply wonderful!

I really appreciated how they integrate with the community and all the efforts to make this place more respectful for the environment. We took a tour and our guide, Vincent, really integrate us with the Vietnamese culture.
