Royal Island Resort & Spa ligt in het Baa-atol, op de Maldiven. Vanuit dit tropische eiland kijkt u uit over de Indische Oceaan. I've been to over 50 countries and have stayed in amazing places but I can't think of anything that surpasses the experience of a vacation at Royal Island Resort. It was truly magical, a paradise. I had high hopes but it exceeded all of my expectations. The island itself is perfect, with beautiful beaches, warm water, interesting wildlife, and beautiful trees and flowers. The cabins are comfortable and I loved the outdoor (yet private) showers. There are plenty of activities to choose from but I was totally happy just being in the water and hanging out on the beach. The all-inclusive buffet restaurant provided a variety of delicious food that I never got tired of. And I had the best massage of my life at the spa. All that said, perhaps the thing that I'll remember the most are the people. The service cannot be better -- everyone was so welcoming, so kind, so friendly. This is truly a 5-star resort in all aspects and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have visited. I'll return as soon as I can.

Amilla Fushi Resort Villas & Residences is een eilandresort op de Baa-atol. We stayed at the Amilla Resort for our honeymoon in May. The experience we had there was incredible: our butler Hajar was perfect, always in a good mood and always available. The facilities are fantastic, very nice and large rooms, several restaurants, each one as good as the other. The breakfast was incredible! Everything you could think of was available. We will definitely be back. It was magical. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is ideally situated for diving enthusiasts, offering easy access to stunning dive sites. What made the stay truly memorable, however, was the warmth and kindness of the local people. They welcomed us like family, and their hospitality greatly enhanced our experience.
