And an incredible plus for the hotel - it was my birthday, and they decorated my bed with rose petals and brought me a piece of strawberry cake! It was incredibly nice!

His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist made a lasting impression on me.

Guests are invited to relax on the poolside terrace, in the wellness centre or the beach at the reserved area with lounge chairs and towel service.. the staffs were friendly and welcoming, I would like the thanks Ms Anette about her professionalism and compassion, she works above and beyond and she handled every issue seriously. the food was amazing, I would like to thanks everyone at the at Atlantis restaurant, specifically Omar, Samira, sanae and Hicham they were all very friendly and always smiling: Farid and Mohamed Maintenance I was fascinated with the kids activities everyday evening : education, entertainment. there’s no words to explain my happiness, I’m Moroccan root and American citizens. I’m proud of my Moroccan country. good job and keep going. aim higher, celebrate the difference, work together that’s the key to be N” 1 hotel in the world.

We were there when senior management were present but hopefully the service will continue at the highest level.
