I have a long history of international travel, including high-end hotels. I don't give a 10 rating often. But Cap Karoso was exceptional. The stand-outs include the food (remarkable!), and the landscaping and hotel grounds immaculate. The ambiance was perfect for me. Even the music choices in public places. I am booking a return trip now, bringing friends.

We absolutely LOVED it here! The Sumba Hospitality Fund initiative is so wonderful, and the students went above and beyond to take care of us and make our stay very special. The rooms are very unique and the food ans drinks are all delicious (a lot grown in their own farm) and food included in the price. The outdoor bathroom is super cool. We really really recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you so much Maringi!

Ecoresort Sumba Dream offers a beachfront accommodation in Tanaraing, Sumba. Among the various facilities are a garden and a terrace. There is a restaurant. It is a bit far away from the main track but once you get there you would like to stay for a week. It wonderfull silent and connecting perfektly with the surrounding Nature. The food is simply fantastic. Not cheap but worth every RP.

Lelewatu Resort Sumba features free WiFi and rooms with air conditioning in Watukarere. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lelewatu Resort from the moment I arrived until the day of departure. friendly staff with a genuine smile. The room was so spacious and clean. The ocean view is amazing as well as the pool. We had a great stay here and definitely coming back.

The owner brought the community together for dinner, gave detailed recommendations, joined me for beach walks and so much more. Anna, the manger made incredible food, sang and was so charismatic. I really couldn’t recommend this place any more. The rooms are fantastic, super cozy bed and incredibly peaceful.
