Sunset Beach Resort Weh heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Sabang. Voor een drankje kun je terecht bij de snackbar. We had a lovely stay at Sunset Beach Resort. As non-divers, we were looking for a relaxed but comfortable place to stay on the island. Though a little bit away from some other, apparently 'happening' places of the island, we thought it was still the best place to stay. We loved the overall aesthetics of the resort - quite unique and fresh compared to other places on the island - and how easy it was to get everything we needed: from transport to tips about activities, not just locally, but also on the mainland. We loved the variety of food and drink options offered on site - prepared with much love and attention as well as other local restaurant recommendations we were given. The patchy WiFi did not bother us as we wanted to disconnect and relax. The owners are very attentive and inspiring people who clearly put a lot of effort into making their guests' stay as hassle-free as possible. We loved just being able to slow down and hang out, read our books , watch the ocean and play with the resident puppy. A fab stay for couples, friends but even for solo travellers who are looking to unwind. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to be back!

Grace Wave Resort heeft een buitenzwembad, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Hilibotodane. very clean, all staff very welcome, and food so tasty yummy!!! 😍

Bobocabin Kaldera, Toba biedt accommodatie in Parmonangan. Het resort heeft uitzicht op het meer, een terras, een 24-uursreceptie, en er is gratis WiFi. Alle kamers bij het resort hebben een bureau. Vriendelijk personeel en een omgeving die ik niet had verwacht in dit deel van Sumatra. Fantastisch dat grote raam in je cabin die je een uitzicht over Tobameer geeft en met een app kan “blinden”. Zeer schone cabin!

Gino's Place - Bungalows and Restaurant ligt in Bukit Lawang en heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Twee keer één nacht geslapen (voor en na een jungle trekking). Eerste keer perfect, schone bungalow, lieve mensen en lekker eten.

MB Palambak Island Resort Pulau Banyak Aceh Singkil is gelegen aan het strand in Pulau Palambakbesar, en heeft een tuin. We just loved everything about this place! The beach, the palm trees and the clear waters of the deep blue sea are picture perfect everywhere around the island. Our beautiful wooden bungalow was nice and basic - but with all most important necessities - and well maintained, with an attractive veranda with two lovely wicker armchairs, a table and a hammock. It was wonderfully relaxing to spend time here reading or just staring at the sea… The MB Palambak Island Resort has only eight bungalows, all identically designed and in good shape. The four shared bathrooms/toilets are spotlessly clean and well looked after too. The resort is currently one of only two places to stay on the island. There are no settlements or villages, which enhances the Robinson Crusoe feeling. Communal meals are prepared in the central restaurant shack and served at the big tables outside on the veranda (or inside when it’s raining). Before arrival you’ll be asked if you have any food preferences - vegetarian/fish/chicken - and the cook matches your desires. Every day the menu was a surprise, but it was always delicious and with great variety. We didn't have the same dish once during the four days we stayed here. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are free available for guests. However, the underwater world around Pulau Palambak is not the most beautiful in the Banyak Islands; for that you‘re better off going to Tailana or Tambarat. Boat trips can be arranged at reasonable costs. The sand in front of the resort is cleaned daily by the staff (possibly together with volunteering guests). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Essential communication takes place by e-mail and WhatsApp via Mrs Claudine, the great organizational talent behind the scenes. She can also arrange your boat transport from/to the mainland. The MB Camp in Singkil has the same owner as the MB Palambak Island Resort. Direct speedboats can be arranged between both places if required.

Ira Bungalows Pulau Banyak heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Alaban. Ira and her wonderful and friendly team made us feel at home on their little island. It is the perfect place to unwind and read, as long as you are not looking for a luxurious hotel room, as the bungalow and facilities are basic but charming and clean.

Iboih inn is gelegen in Sabang, op 4 minuten lopen van Iboih Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. This was exactly what we wanted. Snorkel from the dock, quiet, amazing hosts and wonderful food.

Air Manis Hill Residence bevindt zich in Padang, op 2,6 km van Strand van Air Manis, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. Ria and the team were amazing Took very good of us as a family arriving late and departing early in the morning. They prepared an outstanding dinner for us and a take away breakfast.

Sheraton Belitung Resort is een accommodatie met 5 sterren tegenover het strand in Tanjungbinga met heeft gratis fietsen, een fitnessruimte en een tuin. Awesome staff, the most beautiful beach and great facilities! What a fantastic place
