Feels like a hidden gem and private paradise. Great dive shop with charismatic guides, nice boat, sufficient equipment. Great to wake up to a view of Mt Kinabalu and all the food was really lovely home cooking and tasted great. It felt like living in a little community for a couple of days :)

(Hold øjnene åbne, og vær heldig;)) -Smukke, luksuriøse hytter i smagfuld stil. -Ekstremt hjælpsomt og behjælpeligt personale, med gode råd til oplevelser i området. -Tæt på Orangutangreservat, solbjørne og Discovery center! -Udmærket mad med bredt udvalgt Man har svært ved at forestille sig hvordan resortet kunne gøre noget bedre end det allerede gør, med den beliggenhed, stil og personlighed det udstråler!

Brunei Darussalam is located on the north coast of Borneo and is a unique kingdom rich in Malay culture, peace, and tranquility. Beautiful property. Location by the ocean. Staff are very nice. The room is large, natural light, and with balcony. Really one of the best properties I had stayed at globally.

Set amidst a nature reserve overlooking the South China Sea, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu features relaxing stays in elegantly furnished guest rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Rooms clean and spacious. Swimming pool was very clean. The hotel beach and sea were lovely. Both pool and the sea were life guarded. Friendly and efficient staff. Secluded, picturesque place.

Boasting 6 dining options, an exclusive Chi, The Spa and an outdoor pool with water jets, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Kota Kinabalu offers luxury beachfront accommodation in Tanjung Aru. Spacious room, we love the view overlooking the sea as we were able to catch the sunset from our room balcony. We love the various tea selection in the room, they welcomed us with a mini birthday decoration for me even when I did not request for any. Facilities were great. The children loved the pool and the water slides very much. Location was great as its a short 15 mins drive to the airport, a short drive (can walk but with smallnkids it can be quite a distance) to the Tanjung Aru Beach Night Market and also nearby many food places. It is also a short 12 mins drive to the famous Filipino Market. A must visit when you're in KK! Breakfast spread was really good. A lot of varieties to choose from but it was quite crowded when we were there, there were many travellers from overseas so if you go for breakfast after 9am, some food may have finished. Can easily book island hopping via Star Marina at Shang Ri La. We had a great time at Manukan Island booked via Star Marina. In addition, staffs were accommodating and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again when I visit KK in the near future!

Timba Garden FREE TOWN AND JETTY TRANSPORT ligger i Semporna og har have, fælles opholdsstue, restaurant og bar. Dette 5-stjernede resort har fælles køkken, roomservice og gratis wi-fi. Chia and the team are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Timba Garden is simply the best place to stay. The rooms are big, clean, powerful shower, extra comfy bed and air-con. Water, Tea and coffee too!! Whenever you need to go into town or get picked up they sort it immediately. Yeah Timba is a little bit outside Semporna- but Semporna town centre is not great, not great at all. Timba also has beautiful gardens, hammocks, superb WiFi everywhere. Not only is there a varied free breakfast, the team at Timba can also organise all your tour requirements from PADI scuba trips to snorkeling and Island hopping. Then... if you don't fancy going into town for dinner you can dine at Timba!! I have travelled all over the country and Timba was the best. Brilliant place. Thank you.
