First if all i would like to apprciate all the workers here in the hotel they are very nice and smiling all the time they give us alot of positive energy all the time spicialy the entertaiment team they was very very active and so power full and the pool bar was having a very nice service and the room was so good on the pool view and the bwach was very clean .

The Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma is a stylish and luxurious resort offering half board accommodation as well as a generous luxury all-inclusive experience. Everything was perfect! The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pools are great and the spa treatments were very good. The variety of restaurants and cuisines is impressive and caters for all needs and tastes. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the main restaurant had a spectacular variety of food options.

We had a very nice stay. The staff is very helpful and did their best. The beach is beautiful and peaceful.

The pool areas were fabulous with plenty of entertainment during the day and the evening. We loved the Beats music by the pool and the volleyball games. The food was plentiful and varied. The staff were particularly lovely and very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and it was a phenomenal experience. We were treated exceptionally from the moment we arrived until we left. Bassam, and the rest of the team, made an excellent work. They were always asking if we needed something . The hotel has an excellent water park with many entertainments. The hotel have several high quality restaurantes where you can choose differents types of food.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. everything! great water park, nice luna park, the pool is big and nice, good beach and very nice rooms. Great dinning room. The most incredible is the staff of the hotel-everybody very nice and always helpful.

Staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. The overall hotel is massive with incredible amenities, a true all-inclusive with everything you need to a have a terrific, stress-free stay. Having our own private Cabana within the Royal Club was a tremendous perk and something we really enjoyed. Our two favourite restaurants were the Indian and outdoor picnic BBQ experience; both top notch and not to be missed. This was our first experience travelling to Egypt and the Red Sea resort areas, we would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others.
