Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant

Todo fue muy placentero. Marlon en el check in fue muy atento a todas nuestras dudas. En el check out fuimos atendidos por Lhina (no recuerdo bien su nombre) fue una genia tuvimos problemas con nuestra tarjeta de crédito y realmente fue de muchísima ayuda. Ferji y Lenin en el desayunador nos ayudaron amablemente en todo momento. Y por último y no menos importante Hugo, el gerente general, siempre tratando de interesarse en nuestras necesidades. This resort was the highlight of our stay in the Keys. It has its own beach and it was fun to relax in the sunbeds steps away from the ocean. The modern laundromat is also great. The staff was super nice and kind, especially the lady at the reception who checked us in. The fitness centre with an ocean view was also great.
