The room exceeded our expectations, looking like a proper ski chalet with lovely dining and kitchen area and living area with fireplace, onto a terrace with nice garden views. Bedrooms were good size with nice onsuite bathrooms. The condominium had a nice pool hot tub and grill area. The concierge and reception were superb and the shuttle service (though town and gondola were a 5min walk) was efficient, sleek and responsive.

Best hotel in Aspen. Five Stars. Ski-in Ski-out at Ajax. Ski locker is literally next to the gondola. Location in town is also close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Numerous restaurants and bars on the property. Great staff, ready to assist with all wants and needs. Free shuttles to and from the airport, around town and to Aspen Highlands. No other hotel in town can compete with the above!

Easy to get from/to the airport, as well as to any of the four mountain resorts, and walkable to Aspen/Ajax Mountain as well as downtown Aspen. The heated swimming pool is terrific as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who like affordable hostel-like accomodations.
