Absolutely everything was amazing! Cant wait to return to cielo! From the owners to the staff - they were all really nice and helpful. They recommended some great places to go and eat as well! We enjoyed all the amenities. The room was lovely! We really enjoyed the complimentary paddle boarding and kayaking the resort offered. The music and vibe was always on point. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

The roomservice was exceptionally good. they came as we put out the sign or left the room. we never felt disturbed or uncomfortable, just really good taken care of. we had fresh fruits every day in our room and water every day as soon as we ran out of it. the whole staff was making sure everybody is feeling welcome and appreciated. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of bakery, bread (vernünftiges Brot für Europäer), fruit, a chef at service for fresh omelette etc. and really everything you could think of. we would come again anytime!

Loved the hotel and its facilities! Great breakfast buffet. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The hotel is very accommodating to families and children. The kids club was excellent and our kids even asked to go there each day for a play. Right beside the hotel is a night market every mom, wed, friday. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay!

the property is situated right on the beach in the quiet side of the Bophut beach. its very lush with lots of beautiful plants and a nice pool and restaurant overlooking the beach. the staffs were friendly and always very helpful with requests. If you’re on the fence about staying at Pico, go for a drink or a meal and see why we will be returning

Great for kids. Free kids club with free supervisory. Lot of kids at the place. Hords of kids - that makes it easier, in particular if you have kids 3-10 years old. Place is simple but kids oriented, which makes life so easier for parents.

We did not plan to spend all vacation at the hotel, but it turned out to be such a lovely place so we prolonged our stay. Yet, there were some issues. First of all, it is important to know that the hotel has two parts; one is pretty basic and another is much nicer and more modern. We realized it on our third day, while exploring the nearest hotels in order to choose the place to spend the rest of our holiday. What you see on the photos is actually the better part of the hotel. And if you book the standard room you’ll probably be accommodated in the basic part of the hotel. We spent there our first four nights and didn’t like it much; balcony facing the pool and the opposite building, big but very simple room. Long story short, when we found that lovely part of Celes villas, we asked our tour agent to book the room there for the rest of our stay, which made it 14 nights total. But when we asked the receptionist about our booking, we were informed that they reserved the same standard room for us, whilst our booking was made for the deluxe room. After a while, the hotel agreed to provide us the better room where we wanted and last 10 nights we spent in the cute room with nice view. After all, we really enjoyed the place. It is just 10 minutes beach walk from the Fisherman village, there are plenty places to do sports and yoga meeting sunrises, clean beach and pleasant sea, lots of massage services on the beach as well as next to the road, laundry service and car rent just in front of the hotel. And breakfast was good, it would be great to add some seafood options, but still there were enough options to choose from even for my quite strict diet.
