Exceptional property. They have a private beach and a wonderful pool/beach area. There is access to all sorts of fun activities on Sentosa, and even smaller activities within the property for kids if you have them. I never went to the spa but they have that, restaurants within the hotel, and 24/7 room service that is actually pretty good. The rooms are awesome and all the facilities are great. I recently stayed at the Marina Bay Sands ($500+) and compared to the rooms and everything at the Shangri-la ($350+) the Shangri was honestly nicer, and cheaper with a beach and such.

位置比较偏僻，但是对于去动物园和接下来去新山乐高乐园很方便。房间设施有些旧了，和圣淘沙的酒店还是有差距。酒店环境非常好，适合带小孩的家庭，有儿童乐园，水上乐园，还有个标准泳池非常惊艳。印度人住的比较多，感觉早餐也是偏印度和马来西亚口味，不过楼下就是大超市，买吃的很方便也很实惠。

The breakfast was great. They have two options under the hotels of resorts worlds. And the transportation was well communicative too. They provided umbrella and some other amenities for overall customer satisfaction . I like their sustainability practices too, especially for drinking water. Also I just informed them that I am coming for this staycation for my husband's pre birthday celebration and they took it very seriously and decorated the room with Balloon , Plushy tow , chocolates , banner and goody bags too. I was so surprised and my husband too,

It's near very near the park and food court, ease of access to everything, very convenient. The short walks to get to places saves a lot of energy🤣🤣🤣. They have everything and it's not hard to navigate the place. The room was very neat, maybe they can bidets to the bathroom but other than that everything is really great.
