This is a traditional fancy hotel in Bali, and it didn't disappoint. The whole stay was magnificent, they treated us like we were royalty and everything was always perfect. Breakfast has so many options that I could eat there all day long. Pool service is perfect and it offers everything you might need. The room is spacious and bright, and perfectly cleaned.

Everything. Thanks for having us. We had some problems and all the staff were very kind, considerate. Every Friday you have free yoga class. Room was big and comfortable. Cleaned everyday. We are really satisfied.

Loved loved the facilities for the kids. They take such great care of the kids that you can relax. Movie night, lunches and so many other actitivies for the kids, its awesome We stayed for 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. It went by too fast. Massages can be done there by the pool at a resonable price. All the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and always here to serve us. From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff are exceptional. So many I'd like to name, they all worked at the H20 and the staff also from 5 senses were great! Breakfast could improve a little, but other than that, the food and beverages are at a great price and can't beat the happy hours from 12 to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm. Will we be back? The hotel contains enough facilities that there is no need to go out unless one wants to explore the area. This was particularly convenient since we arrived in Bali during the Nyepi celebrations (Balinese New Year) which included the Day of Silence, when everyone must stay indoors and no one can be out in the streets. The hotel provided several meal options and there were enough activities to keep guests entertained. We were greatly surprised and honored to be included in a very special celebration organized by the staff. The hotel made their own “Ogoh-Ogoh” for the Ngrupuk Parade on the eve of Nyepi, and invited guests to participate and learn about this important Balinese tradition. Joining in this memorable event was one the highlights of our trip! The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive at every opportunity, always making sure we were happy and that all our needs were met. Particular recognition must be extended to the wonderful ladies Laksmi, Intan and Yuni, who were always ready to help with a smile, to the talented Kenzo that led us in celebration during the Ogoh-Ogoh parade, and to the very attentive and professional Duty Manager, Mr. Cok Oka Derana. We will take home great memories of every one!
