Everything was perfect. we stayed in the villa. The pool was amazing, the design and interior was stunning. Ultra clean too. The highlight was hands down the service, it is the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel (which says a lot). The staff was always helpful no matter what issue we had, and they were quick to come up with a solution. We could communicate with them over whatsapp which meant the room service was quick, the cleaning came almost right after we wrote them. Just overall, amazing. If we ever come back to Kuta we will for sure return to Batatu Villas. My only regret is not spending more time relaxing at the villa and pool.

We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because they couldn’t put our two rooms next to each other. The location and surroundings were beautiful. The staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. The wildlife on the resort (feeding the large turtles) was a great experience for children.

It was all perfect especially guys on the reception. Super friendly and helpful all the time always in a good mood. Texted us every night to confirm our breakfast order. Breakfasts were great as well. Place is in perfect location..short ride on scooter from Kuta center but very quite at night. Beautiful views from our room. I would definitely come back. Thanks again Mufti and Anna & whole team.

Great villas, pool etc. Excellent breakfasts. Excellent staff and the hosts Wayne (Deano) and Kylee where exceptional. Excellent local advice / guides and SUP surfing guides - nothing was to much trouble. Thanks guys for the great trip.

World Class service! Hamdi, Jaelani, and Marta are amazing and so friendly and gave us the best service we have ever had in Indonesia. Everyone from the front desk staff, the drivers, to the cleaners were exceptionally nice. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is amazing. Also the restaurant provides the best food in all of Indonesia!
