All the facilities in the hotel are amazing. The staff starting from the front desk, restaurant, the pool, the bar and the house keeping are very helpful. The sense of hospitality is very high. They have great customer service. Will totally recommend this place and will definitely revisit once come to Egypt.

This resort is 5 stars for a reason. Everything was wonderful. The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Great view, staff, cleanliness, and swim up bar! The front desk up graded us to a room with a seaview and it was breathtaking. We could see four countries from our balcony: in Egypt, Isreal and the boarder, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
