Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Excellent hotel , clean and great buffet, communal areas, pool, gardens, the view and the sunset is stunning from this hotel ! Located right by the river Nile, provides boat service and we took one boat ride with Ali..his story is very interesting. The shops have clothes and gifts items, the security is high, a bit too far from central Luxor. The entire place is very big and spread out and it's very peaceful and beautiful.

I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.
