Our organization with Sayed was fabulous, he was very accommodating & helpful. Sayed also organized an extra Tour for us to Abu Simble. Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Thanks to all our drivers & Tour guides who were very informative & patient .

- Great pool area with beautiful view to the river nile and the westbank - perfect location for following the sunset - Very tasteful architecture of the hotel - just a couple of minutes away from Karnak and Luxor Temple - Offer of taxi service for a reasonable flat rate - Good breakfast with lots of choice. Coffee served at the table (no self-service), what further improves the experience.

Been to plenty of Hotels in Egypt by now, but in this one you can really feel that the Staff are living the German Hospitality standards. Mr. Wael, Mr. Noby and the rest of the staff team did their best to provide a good service at all times.
