Manchebo is a beautiful resort on a gorgeous section of beach located on the quiet side of the island among the other low-rise hotels. The food at the resort was good and there was never an issue about finding a beach chair under a palapa at whatever time of day you decide to go to the beach. The staff was always warm and welcoming. And finally, the free yoga and Pilates classes for hotel guests were awesome - even if, like us, you've never taken a class before.

We checked other beaches on the island and can confirm Eagle Beach next to the hotel is the cleanest and least crowded.

Also if you like all inclusive services this hotel definitely won´t disappoint you. All the food we had here was excellent. The resort seems to be large but in fact it´s easy to walk around it in a few minutes. It took us less than 10 minutes to get on the beach.

The all-inclusive, full service resorts to the north on Palm Beach were crowded and loud. Eagle Beach is a 5 minute walk (or rent a Bird scooter!) away with a wonderful bar and restaurant called Passions. The Azure Residences were clean, comfortable and all of the taxis know it as "the new place". We found ourselves planning our day around the sunsets each evening which were spectacular.steveYoung couple
