His name is Quang. He asks what you need and can he help you? I booked his tour to visit Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave. After the trip ended, he still asked me if I enjoyed the trip or not? I really appreciate his attention and behind the scenes. The next day, he called me early for a taxi early in the morning to catch my train. Thank you Quang very much!

I liked everything. The room was big, clean and new. The bathroom was huge . The location is right in front of the mountains and the river. There is also a big pool to use. Everything was perfect. The hosts were the best: I had many problems to arrive and Phong nha and Xiem helped me all the way, even staying awake at around 4 am. So for me this was the best stay possible. I recommend everyone to come here

The young couple who are running the place were the most lovely! Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water and the heating work. Comfiest beds I've slept in Vietnam. Really recommend staying here when traveling to Phong Nha. The staff is exceptional! The view is amazing and they are so accommodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and were able to get a room to get some sleep and late breakfast. They also serve lunch/dinner if you’d like. The room is clean. Really enjoyed the stay. Photos are true representation of the property.

Thanks to Hugo and his lovely family for our stay and being so accomodating. Hugo recommended a cave tour (Ruc Mon Cave) and it was honestly one of the highlights of our 7 weeks in Vietnam. Family owned business and all we're very happy and helpful. Husband, limited English, but wife was a little better. Son spoke good English We arrived by bus at 3 30an, and she came and picked us up, and we checked in immediately and went to bed. We did arrange for a cave tour the next day before back to sleep. Room was very comfortable. The property was across the road from the river, so a nice outlook. They allowed us to use 2 bicycles for a couple of days at no charge Breakfast was included...choice of about 6-7 dishes + various drinks inclusive. Only issue was not many restaurants nearby for evening meal.. But on our last night the staff cooked for us. Which was nice. We were dropped off to the bus in the morning we left No charge for either pickup or drop off Enjoyed it and highly recommend the stay. Paradise Cave was amazing!!!!!
