The breakfast attendant (not the young girls assisting her) was very short with people. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It just seems like there's a certain temperment a person needs to have for that job that doesn't take the request of guests personally.

Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

We were here for a concert and there were A LOT of people checking in around the same time, but the staff was extremely fast and efficient! The room was very nice and the hotel was convenient to the stadium. Would stay again!
