The pictures of this property are good, but not as good as real life! The room was spacious and had a Keurig, kettle and fridge area separate. The back patio was nice, but the common area was beautiful. The pool is cozy when others are out, but morning coffee around the pool was so relaxing. Not mentioned, is that there is a little lounge room, where there is nespresso, nugget ice and lots of little details that were a pleasant surprise. They also had bikes, not sure if you had to pay to rent them or not but again, convenient surprise. This was my first time staying at a small boutique hotel vs airbnb or large hotel chain in the PS area, I would absolutely book here again for a no kids get away!

This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in - apartment was huge, clean and provided everything you would need. Staff are amazing, we had dinner and breakfast and couldn’t fault either meal, coffee was the best we had. Don’t go past this hotel.

Chad helped us during our stay and I must say he made everything smooth and delightful, we appreciated our upgrade for our anniversay stay, that was extremely sweet! The property, pool and rooms were gorgeous and so peaceful. Our room was immaculate, super clean and it was such a bonus to have coffee, snacks and water/sodas/ in the fridge at no extra cost. There were lots of complaints about the flooring in the room which we didn't see an issue with at all. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and clean, lobby was very cool too!

Perfect location. Central and near from most of the activities. The Main Street of downtown Palm Springs, the Indian Canyons, Living Desert and highway between LA and Phoenix were just minutes away by car. + The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful. He got us a baby crib as requested. + Room was very big and huge bathroom. Everything was Clean, modern with big comfortable bed. + Free parking lot with lot of available spaces. + Breakfast included was OK. + Pool that we could not try it because of the season. + Few restaurants/fast foods around the area.

Quite a little paradise here! all the little thoughtfulness we appreciated very much. like little “ socks” on the doorknobs that are way too hot in the Palm Springs sun, or the funny movie that equals you when entering the room, it s absolutely great. loved the pool, loved the giant bed, the free use of the bikes, all, all good. thanks a lot guys!

Sands Hotel and Spa features free WiFi and views of mountain in Indian Wells. This hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. The hotel features a concierge service. The property is beautiful and lives up to its IG. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a wonderful smell in the rooms and throughout the property. The staff was kind and the vibe is relaxed. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning. Can’t wait to go back!
