Hamzah and his team were most attentive and courteous. There was a great selection of delicious Pakistani and western cuisine (Pakistani omelette and sooji halwa were my favorites), along with excellent coffee and chai. My room was very comfortable and clean, the shower pressure great with plenty of hot water. Welcome platter of fruit and sweets was very thoughtful.

The accommodation itself was great - very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful with the logistics of our trip and even helping us build our bikes.

I stayed with my wife after our wedding and the staff made sure that we'll feel pampered at every moment of our stay experience. We were warmly greeted by the security staff at the entrance and almost everyone congratulated us for our wedding. The check-in was easy, and after the customary welcome drinks, a polite concierge took our luggage to our room. The hotel management kindly arranged a complimentary flower bouquet and a chocolate mousse cake (with a wedding greeting) in our room, which was nice and cosy and really comfortable. The pool view was awesome too! The breakfast was fantastic and had an amazing selection of various food options. All in all, our stay here was definitely worth it. Thank you very much Team Serena for your excellent service. I would love to stay here again!

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. In particular, Ms. Mahnoor at the reception desk guided me comfortably as I was new to Islamabad. So instead of looking for another accommodation for the rest of my business trip, I decided to stay at Roomy Signature Hotel. It was a great choice for me.
