It was very quiet (the hotel was nowhere near capacity), the room was lovely and warm, bathroom was clean and sparkly (that vanity!) and it was close to everything with the main road to the Fiordland National park a stones throw away. Super affordable, it was a very welcoming and friendly experience for a lone traveller.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Te Ānanu right across from the lake and Fiordland national park. Easy access to shops, tours, and eateries. We were able to walk to RealNZ in tow morning to access our Glowworm Cave tour.

Very friedly host and the motel is located in a quiet street. We received a free upgrade to a studio for 4 persons, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

A spacious and comfortable unit with friendly, helpful hosts. We really enjoyed the Milford Sound tour that they organised with the exceptional guide, Jamie. Very effective heating and good parking. Close to town centre with variety of restaurants.

Excellent modern, clean accommodation right be the lake front and a very short and lovely walk to the shops/restaurants. Questions answered promptly, conditions of COVID allowed us to receive an early check in by an hr and room upgrade. Very good value and excellent accomodation, will highly recommend to friends and family, and happily stay again on future visits. More than met our needs.

A gorgeous property with incredible views. A definite highlight of our trip, was sitting on the front lawn taking in the mountains, lake and pasture of cows to the side of the property. Sitting in the main room in front of the fireplace chatting with the owner was also a highlight.

The facilities were excellent. The showers were the best I had in all of NZ. Staff is helpful. Garbage and recycling on site. Enormous kitchens, dining tables indoors and out. Really great holiday park

The room was very clean and the bathrooms were modern! Rooms, bathroom and kitchen come equipped with everything you need. The staff were very lovely and let you know all the information you need to know on the town Te Anau. They turned the heater on for us before our check in which I thought was very sweet!

Communication before and after was easy and reply to our question was quick. Easy to find. Rooms were spacious and had all the conveniences we needed.

Fabulous location spotless clean

Warm and quiet. Easy walk to town centre. Garden is lovely with plenty of birds to watch including the tui. Spotlessly clean. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommend this property to anyone.

Friendly to family. Playground in the property looks so fun but we have not got time to enjoy. Short walk to huge public playground. Opposite to the lake with stunning views. Best choice to stay here.

Spotless apartment, parking right next to it. Property on lakefront. Property is a short 5 minute walk to town center.
