We loved absolutely everything about this gem of a property: the location in a stunning natural environment, the adorable staff, the unique history and decor of the hotel full of collectible and heirloom furniture and, of course the wonderful dinner. Food certainly was a highlight as this is generally where Norway fails to impress us. We were served a fresh, creative, and delicious dinner in the beautiful dining room overlooking the fjell. The chef even adjusted the menu for the vegetarians among us, creating genuine new dishes for us. Wow! Again, that was unexpected as eating veg in Norway is often a challenge. Everything felt authentic and personal in this independently-run property. Dinner starts with a presentation of the history of the place by the owner, their struggles during Covid and how they overcame them. Charmingly, this introduction included the reading of a poem (sadly we don’t understand Norwegian so had to rely on the translation of the presentation afterwards). Every effort is made to be sustainable : There’s a vegetable garden, the delicious bread is baked on the premisses (we took a box of the amazing Flatbrød with us) and the lovely shop sells some local cheese, honey and other specialties including, this being Norway, sweets :) We are already dreaming of a next stay to the Tuddal Høyfjellshotel to experience more of its magic and of the stunning nature around it as our stay this time was way too short. Note to the owners: stay as you are, you are a genuine gem and the world needs more places like yours. Thank you for everything!

Loved the staff and the food very much! Tommy was an excellent front reception Host! He was so good at his job and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. 💙

Situated next to Sandefjord Harbour, this hotel offers free WiFi and free swimming pool access. Scandic Park Sandefjord is 10 minutes' walk from Sandefjord Train Station. Torp Airport is 7 km away. It was a great stay, a shame we only spend one night here. The location is fantastic, we had a view on the park outside. Breakfast is just astonishing, plenty of choice - for vegans too. It was such a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it!

Το Hotel Kong Carl - Unike Hoteller βρίσκεται στην παραθαλάσσια πόλη Sandefjord, 150μ. μακριά από την πλατεία Torget. Συνδυάζει τη γοητεία περασμένων εποχών με σύγχρονες ανέσεις, όπως δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect. From the desk to the last details in the room, the breakfast and the staff, was indeed an all star hotel.

Το RS Noatun είναι σε Χόρτεν, σε απόσταση 800μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία RøRestand και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα. The breakfast was standard but good. Everything else was great.

Το Tollboden Hotell - Unike Hoteller απέχει 700μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Gunnarsholmen σε Kragerø. Προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων και διαθέτει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα. Staff were so friendly! The orchard was great, fresh plums and apples. Very unique! Full of history! Yummy bfast. Super comfy beds! My elderly parents were given a better room where the bed wasn't so low to the ground. Thank you,

Το Lifjellstua έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Lifjell. Αυτό το κατάλυμα, εκτός από 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν, προσφέρει επίσης στους επισκέπτες εστιατόριο και παιδική χαρά. Location, simplicity. I would definitely go again and recommend!

Featuring an in-house hair and beauty shop, the self-service Wilhelmsen House offers central accommodation in Tønsberg. The property is a 5-minute walk to public transport. Having all the entry codes and administration sorted out by email in advance was really good: the ability to just walk straight to my room without any sort of in person check-in was really appreciated after a long journey. The gym was an unexpected bonus, which I was fortunately in a position to take advantage of. Also, the fact that all local takeaways seem to know where it is and are happy to deliver there removed a lot of decision making.

The welcome, the room, dinner, breakfast, the personel. It was simply great. Breakfast was the best ever. We felt welcome all the time. We love to come back some time.
