There is a combo clothes washer/dryer and a drying rack, so we were able to do our laundry. This is a big plus in a country with few self-service laundromats. Though there is a laundromat in Narvik, it is only open on Thursdays, and only for a short number of hours.) The bed was comfortable. (Note that if you are two people needing separate bedrooms, you need to notify the owner about that ahead of time because otherwise you may find the other bedrooms locked.) The shower was good (steady temperature, good pressure, and well-enclosed). There was a bathmat. Parking is free and right in front of the house. The location is quiet. The owner lives close by. It is only about a 20-minute walk to restaurants. As advertised, the view is fantastic, especially the sunsets.

Private Mountain House with Spectacular Views býður upp á garðútsýni og gistirými með garði og svölum, í um 1,5 km fjarlægð frá Ofoten-safninu. The house is very nice, it has everything you need, including a fantastic view and it is only a few meters from the nice slopes of Narvikfjellet! The owner was very kind and helpful, the place is warmly recommended!
