Breidablikk Guesthouse ligger i det centrale Narvik, 350 meter fra butikscentret Narvik Storsenter. So they clearly stated here that reception was not open for a couple of hours at the weekend, and I happened to be arriving around those exact hours on a Saturday. You know what they did after we exchanged a couple of messages beforehand? They found a solution for me (and two other guests) to check in without waiting for hours! If you think that this is what a hotel / hostel / guesthouse should do and there is nothing outstanding about it, wait until visiting a certain hotel down in Amsterdam, get left out at night because they can't check you in at those hours because there's nobody at the reception, and acknowledge that these guys at Breidablikk are exceptionally helpful, nice and also practical people.

The receptionist assisted me with checking my room lock (it was a misunderstanding on my part). The rooms are very cozy, the carpets exceptionally comfortable, and the decor precisely matched my tastes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There's ample parking. It's conveniently located right under the ski slopes and I believe there's also a supermarket across the street, although I haven't utilised the latter two or any of the hotel facilities.

We enjoyed our stay here, the view was amazing !!! The communication with the host was easy, we received all the information before we got there and we were also contacted after we checked in , to make sure we have everything we need ( I thought that was nice of them). It was a 5 min drive to the ski slopes and 10 min to the shopping center. We really liked it, will definitely come back!

Private Mountain House with Spectacular Views har udsigt til haven og tilbyder indkvartering med have og balkon, ca. 1,5 km fra Ofoten Museum. The house is very nice, it has everything you need, including a fantastic view and it is only a few meters from the nice slopes of Narvikfjellet! The owner was very kind and helpful, the place is warmly recommended!
