JonkeRED Heritage Hotel is situated in Melaka, within 2.7 km of St John's Fort and 3.9 km of Melaka Straits Mosque. Location is super convenient, close to the Red Square yet silent. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable although no window, which will not be a big issue anyway if you plan to be around the city for the whole day! Breakfast is not included but there is a handy 7 Eleven just next door and so many cafes where you can have any kind of cuisine within five min walk!

Nice walks along the Melaka river, also can take a short boat excursion. The old buildings from the portugese, dutch and brit era are interesting. Jonker steet houses from the 1930-40s. Good feetmassage along Jonker steet also. Try the Menara Taming Sari, excellent view above.
