Lovely and friendly staff, nice location, breakfast was ok. Really nice to have a pool to cool down in. Turtle in the backyard is so cute. Free cooking class one of the days I was there. Enjoyed my time a lot, booked to stay a few more days. Merida is a nice place to have as a base while you can do daytrips to cenotes, beach, chizen iza, uxmal, and so on. Would come back!

The place is like an oasis where you can truly relax - quiet, surrounded by trees and flowers, with plenty of attractions like an outdoor fish spa, swimming pool with hammocks and hot water caves. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms have a really cool, etnic design, are very spacious and include a nice terrace. I can definitely recommend this place in Valladolid.
