He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

Great hotel, we really recommend to stay there! The beach club with its pool are right in front of the hotel abd they are very charming. Beach is also right in front of the hotel.

This is a brand new hotel opened in December and our stay was in march 2022. We were expecting there to be kinks that all new places experience in the beginning however there was not. The room and the view were beautiful. The terrace pool and bar was the perfect spot for a morning coffee looking out over the turquoise ocean or catching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Mirena at reception helped us organize a jeep rental, laundry service and had lots of great recommendations for places to eat. Jerry at the terrace bar had an awesome vibe and is the perfect conversationalist for solo travelers as he is native to the island. The rooms were a perfect size, and the shower was nothing shy of luxury. The location couldn't have been better. Located just outside the busy tourist area but still walking distance to all the hot taco spots and 5 minute walk from the ferry port. We rented a jeep for one day to explore the east side of the island, other than that we hardly needed transportation. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I entered the lobby. I cant wait to come back!

We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

This hotel is a gem. We have been in luxurious hotels and B Unique feels like one even though it is a boutique hotel. It feels like it is managed that well (congrats to the management team!). So far the best value for money you can find in the island, if not in the entire area. The interiors of the building, the rooms and the shared spaces are gorgeous and extremely clean. The hotel’s service is top notch with extremely kind and professional staff. We were particularly lucky to be welcomed and supported by Gabriela who gave us a great guest experience from the moment we arrived and even after we had left (we forgot a fee things in our room and she kindly helped us retrieve them). The breakfast was good, simple but yet quite complete. Lunch was really good and dinner was honestly amazing. Tasty dishes with fresh ingredients. I must say that prices were good too especially when compared with other hotels in the area ;). You should try the cocktails! They’re great. We loved the ones with mezcal. The direct access to the water is perfect for a good snorkeling day and the infinity pool is beautiful. Just a jump away, there are corals to be explored and there is a very attentive lifeguard who will be watching over you and can give you great tips for spots where you can see amazing sea life right at the shore. You can also rent the equipment for water activities, rent a car and schedule tours at the hotel. They got you covered.
