Most importantly, they made sure I got my tablet back when I realised that I'd left it at the last place we stayed (at 9.30pm when I was getting a shuttle at 6am to Guatamela the next day ☹️). Can't recommend them enough. Tastefully decorated, great location, clean and great value. Also the first place we've stayed in that advertises it does not tolerate discrimination of any kind and is LGBT-friendly. Wish more places did this!
