Brand new hotel and amazing staff. Especially Momo was super kind and helpful, not only for great service and recommendations for where to go, he did even bring fresh Aloe Vera to treat my Sunburn. Another special thanks to Dammika, the Executive Chef/Cook, who did serve super delicious dinner that was absolutely above and beyond for both, quality and taste, thank you so much! We really enjoyed the pool, room, view, comfortable beds, great service and more. For us the hotel was the best and most relaxing accommodation that we could think of to explore around Tangalle - We would love to come back!

Loved every detail of our stay - the food, the service, the aesthetic, the location, all the comforts considered. Situated on a pristine beach, the slow rolling break is great for body surfing or playing in the waves. We enjoyed the beach, snorkeling, exploring a few nearby attractions, and lounging by the pool. Every meal was excellent and the staff are on top of everything. It was a perfect retreat for us (a couple) looking to unwind. Highly recommend!

What an absolute pearl of a place. I only planned to stay the night but immediately extended four days. The staff is maybe the best I’ve ever encountered and you feel so taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed and the perfect fit for us Europeans. I will definitely come back and although I would love to have this place for myself, I urge everyone to stay here. 11/10!!

Die Gastgeberin überaus hilfsbereit und sieht zu, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. We had an amazing stay. The Cabanas are spacious and clean. We also liked the food at the restaurant, we tried breakfast lunch and dinner and we liked it very much. The location directly on the beach is perfect. What we liked the most about this place were the people, they were super friendly and helpful, they did everything to make our stay exceptional. They made us feel like we were staying at a friends or familys place.

Randy was a great host. We arrived close to 9pm and he stayed in touch with my driver. He welcomed us with a delicious drink and fruits. We had to go to a safari tour at 6am the next morning and he also prepared a snack pack for us. Very delicious and everything at no cost! Very professional and attentive service. I wish I could stayed longer.

Super clean, amazing and very attentive owner and staff and gorgeous view of the lake. The owner picked us up from the bus stop and showed us around the lakes. He is so knowledgeable about all the fauna and takes time to tell you about everything. We saw all kinds of birds, crocodiles, bats and the water buffalo. The owner showed us interesting places related to local culture and it was fascinating. The food and service were both exceptional. We did the safari tour and it was great but my favorite part of the trip was the Tissa tour by the hotel owner. Don’t miss it!

Fantastic experience at this place. The staff was truly amazing and helped us with all our needs. We did the safari, and it was organized perfectly, in all the details. The guide did his best to show us all the animals at the national park. Breakfast, fresh fruit and water was ready for us for the safari leaving at 4:30am. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and in particular the dhal curry and the chicken curry were delicious. Probably the best food we had in Sri Lanka. They took us for a quick tour to the lake at the sunset to see the bats waking up and leaving from the trees. Really cool experience. The room was great, and very clean. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing with the nice garden in front of our room. Also the manager fixed a fair priced taxi for us with less than an hour notice. Wish I could have spend longer time there & highly recommend Village mango resort ....
