What an exceptional customer service and accommodation! Me and my friend stayed here for few days, including pretty heavy snow storm. Our car was stranded and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get to the village, including putting on our chains themselves. Rooms and spa are of high quality, decor is brand new and beautiful and breakfast was super rich. Amazing option for Champoluc area, we’ll be definitely back and make a tradition of staying here!

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

Small and homey family run hotel, with friendly staff that is ready to help you with all your questions. Breakfast with many choices. We love it!

We loved the friendliness of everyone at the hotel and the wonderful breakfasts and evening meals, all home cooked and delicious. My daughter casually mentioned that she liked the homemade chocolate swirl pastries and the next morning she had a fresh plate waiting for her at breakfast! The pool and sauna were also lovely. We were skiing and drove the few kilometres to Champoluc each day which was no inconvenience at all.

The hotel is very well located at the entrance of Champoluc. All it’s facilities are amazing: from the lobby, to the room, to the spa and the outdoor garden. Everything is sparkling clean, freshly renovated and in typical Valle D’Aosta style. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quantity and quality. If you are looking for a very homey, bit old school vibe stay in a fairytale village then book a room there! The staff was super helpful to solve the problems with our rental car. The hotel had a tiny spa with two saunas and a jacuzzi. The Finnish sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes. The bus stop was 50m from the hotel. The bus ran in circles to Champoluc so it was very convinient to hop on and off at different ski lifs. Antagnod ski lifts went up behind the hotel. The restaurants in the village were very reasonably priced (3 course dinner with drinks for 2 was ca 50-60€ in total) and quite picturesque. Would recommend to stay in the hotel and especially in Antagnod if you seek for peace and quiet and magical views.

Perfectly located next, steps away from the ski lift and the ski rental shop. Makes for an easy skiing trip. The hotel is perfectly set up for a winter stay, and the hosts are very welcoming. Although limited in food choices, the cold cuts and cheese they serve are amazing.
